FAQ´s + Terms & Conditions

You can call, email or click on the “Check for availability” button on our website. Just tell us which tour you’re interested in and when you wish to do it.
We’ll get back to you and confirm whether the tour is available. In case the tour is fully booked, we will get back to you with alternative dates.

If you book your Tour five or more days in advance, we will request the advanced payment of 25% of the total cost of the tour upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid until two days before your tour date.
If you tour is booked less than five days in advance , we will request the full payment of the tour upon reservation.

You can pay your tour safely with your credit card or PayPal account on the PayPal site.
Yes. Just get in touch with us at least two days before your scheduled tour date.

If you wish to cancel your tour just get in touch with us and request the cancelation.
If you do it up to eight days in advance we will return any advanced payments you may have done.
If you cancel until two days before your tour the 25% advanced payment will not be reimbursed, since by that time we will already have made all the reservations for the tour.
if you do not show up on the day, you will not be reimbursed.

Yes. For insurance purposes all changes to group numbers must be completed until two days before the tour. Also, remember that our prices are based on the number of
people, so any change may mean that the price per person is reduced or increased.

Every Fanatic Travellers tour includes transportation, insurance, tickets and passes and specialised accompaniment from one of Time Travellers’ archaeologists.
One day tours also include one meal (lunch), whereas two days tour include accommodation and two meals (lunch).

Each of our tours is planned for a particular group, so we can be closer to each client and offer a more personal experience to every family or group of friends.
However, if you like meeting new people during your free time and wouldn’t mind taking your tour with different people, just tell us and we can try to join more than
one group.

Yes and no. All the meals and the accommodation are reserved in advance, which means they must be met. However, the purpose of Fanatic Travellers Tours is to offer a fun and relaxed day and where possible, our archaeologists will do their best to incorporate your ideas into the program.

Remember Indiana Jones? You don’t have to go that far (unless you really want to!)!
We advise that you wear practical clothes and comfortable shoes. Don’t forget to wear a hat and sunscreen if it’s sunny. On rainy days waterproof clothes and shoes
are advisable.

Most of our tours are not very physically demanding and include only relatively short walks. Others include longer walks or hikes. If you have any question regarding this issue, mention it when you make your reservation and we will try to adapt the Tour to any need you may have.

Yes. Children are very welcome and we have all the necessary equipment for the trip and activities that they can do during the tour. However, the nature of our tours
and some places we visit may be more suitable for children over six years of age. If you have younger children talk to us and we will try to adapt you tour so that the entire family can have a great time!

All the group programs are thought of and planned according to the clients’ wishes and specifications – purpose, duration, place, activity type, group size, extras, etc.
After the client contacts us we will make a proposal that will include the activity plan, the budget and confirmation of availability.
Group activities have a minimum number of eight participants.

Given that each program is planned and customised, the first contact with Time Travellers must be made at least 10 days in advance. When the client has approved the budget and activity plan we will request the payment of 50% of the total cost of the program. The remaining amount must be paid until five days before the scheduled
day.

If you wish to cancel your activity just get in touch with us and request the cancelation.

The Fanatic Travellers Tours price table is available on our website and it includes taxes.
Each value is per person and it is based on the group size, since that will determine the kind of vehicle we use.
Group and Learning Travellers activities are planned according to the clients’ specifications, which means that we will make a plan and a budget for each client that requests it.

Unfortunately, since we can’t control the weather, some of our programs may be constrained by adverse weather conditions.
We are also not responsible for the policy of the sites and monuments we visit or by the services of the restaurants and hotels that work with us – which doesn’t mean we won’t consider any remark or suggestion that you may have. Any official complaints must be made to the entity in question by the client.
